2)  An experienced Vines Realty agent will then provide local lending contacts for qualifying for a loan.  The lender will analyze multiple factors such as credit, debt to income ratios, and others to determine a the maximum loan limit you qualify for.

 

3)  Once a price range is set it’s time to start looking for homes that fit your personal wants and needs.  The easiest and most effective method for searching for homes is to search the Hattiesburg MLS on the Vines Realty site.  We offer a easy to use interface to search thousands of listings.  Sifting through listings can be a long and tedious process.  Be sure to let your agent know as much detailed criteria as possible so that he or she can help in the search process.
